International shipping
Certain countries' regulations require that live animals be shipped through a licensed import agent, clear customs and be inspected by the relevant authorities. All these may cost quite a bit of money which is why we combine orders to ship and average out the cost with the help of transhippers. Our transhippers take care of all the legalities and ship them to you when our bettas reach your shores.
Shipping costs
- For us to export to your country: Only USD$5.00 per fish to cover our expenses.
- You will need to pay import fees and local shipping cost directly to the transhipper. Below is an example of the costs you may incur (for shipping to the USA):
Paid to Showbettas.com
Export fee: $5.00 per fish
Paid to transhipper
Import fee: $2.00 per fish
Handling charges: $2.00 per fish
Insulated shipping box: $5.00 per box
Delivery rates: $20.00 up (depending on service used)
