How do I buy? TOP
It's simple and secure. Here is how to buy on Showbettas.com.
1. Start by browsing our bettas in our Stock Shop.
2. Once you have chosen the bettas you want, click on the "ORDER" button next to the bettas you have chosen.
3. You will be taken to our Shopping Cart page, which looks like this.  4. If you still want to get a few more bettas, click on the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button to go back to our Stock Shop. To remove any betta from your order, just change the Quantity from "1" to "0" in the Shopping Cart and click on "RECALCULATE" to remove it.
5. If you are ready to check out, first select the location you want to send your fish to: "West Malaysia" or "East Malaysia".
 5. After selecting your location from the drop down box. click on the "RECALCULATE" button to add the shipping charges to the total.
 6. To check out and pay for your purchase, click on the "GO TO PAYMENTS" button.
7. At this point, you are not charged yet. You will be taken to a Billing Page for you to fill in your particulars so that we know where to send your bettas.
 8. Please complete your Billing address (the address your credit card is registered to) and Shipping address (where you want us to send the bettas), if it is different from the Billing address.
9. After completing your particulars, click "CONTINUE" to review your order. You will still NOT be charged at this point.
 10. You can now select your payment options. You have a choice of i) Credit Card payment ii) Cash deposit to our Maybank account Choose "Credit card or direct cash payment by Paypal" if you wish to use your credit card. You can still use this option even if you do not have a Paypal account. You will be asked to create a Paypal account during payment but it is up to you to choose whether you want to keep it. A Paypal account is free.

11. If you choose Paypal, you will be taken to Paypal's secure site. If you have a Paypal account, please login by entering your username and password.
 12. . If you don't have Paypal, click the "Continue" link to enter your Credit Card details.
 13. You will arrive at this page for you to fill in your Credit Card details. After completion, click "REVIEW ORDER AND CONTINUE" to complete your payment.

14. If you do not have a credit card or prefer to bank in cash, choose "Pay to our Maybank account". Click "CONTINUE" to complete your order.
15. On completion of your order, you will be taken to our Order Confirmation page like the one below.
 16. Payments to our Maybank account must be made within 48 hours of your order or your reservation will be released. The Maybank account to bank into is as follows:

How do I pay? TOP
For Malaysian orders, you may choose the following payment methods. 1. Bank in CASH / CHEQUE or ONLINE TRANSFER to the following Maybank account. Bank: MAYBANK BERHAD Account Name: YAP MEI MEI Account Number: 114160032620 To expedite the processing of your order, please email a screen shot of your transaction receipt or scan of your payment voucher to contact [at] showbettas [dot] com.
2. Pay by CREDIT CARD via PayPal. PayPal now accepts transactions in Malaysian ringgit and you do not need a PayPal account to use it. You will be asked to create one but it's up to you whether you want to keep it. There is no surcharge when paying with PayPal. It is also safe and secure to use as we do not collect or host your private credit card information on our site.
How much is shipping? TOP
We use Airpak-Express delivery to West Malaysian addresses. Rate is as follows for Peninsular Malaysia: 1 - 6 fishes - RM20 Every subsequent fish - Additional RM2
For Sabah and Sarawak, we use PosLaju. Rate is as follows for Sabah and Sarawak: 1- 6 fishes - RM25 Every subsequent fish - Additional RM3
Tracking After we have received your payment, you will be provided with an AirPak or Poslaju's tracking number. Click on the links to track your AirPak parcel or Poslaju parcel.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
We currently do not ship internationally but we're working on it. If you wish to be notified when we go global, please drop us a note through our Contact Form.
How will my order be packed? TOP
All bettas will be individually double bagged in plastic bags. The bags will then be placed in a styrofoam box, with adequate padding to ensure that your bettas will arrive safely.
How soon can I expect my order? TOP
Your betta order will be processed within 48 hours upon receipt of full payment.
Once it is shipped out, you should be able to receive your parcel via AirPak or Poslaju within 2 days.
What happens if my fish is DOA (Dead-on-Arrival)? TOP
While every care is taken to ensure that your betta reaches you safe
and happy, there are cases where the fish may not survive the trip. In
such cases, please take a clear photograph of the dead fish in the
unopened bag and email it to us at contact [at] showbettas [dot] com.
You can either choose to have:
1. A replacement fish of a similar kind and value.
2. A refund on your betta purchase. We regret that we cannot refund your shipping fees.
3. A Showbettas.com store credit which can be used against your next purchase.
